Making an appointment is useless. My appointment was at 8:30 am, I arrived at 8:20 but my service didn’t start until about 9:45 am. When I made my appointment, I was told I shouldn’t owe anything at time of service. I purchased my jeep from Billion and assumed that I still had warranty oil changes, that assumption was my first mistake. When I arrived we discussed a new cabin air filter, still no price quote. The tech checking me in added on some sort of spray, but failed to inform me that it was an extra charge. I’m aware I should’ve asked, but it’s literally their job to inform. It wasn’t until checking out that I was hit with a $240 bill for an oil change and air filter, I would’ve refused service if I knew it was going to be so costly. I wasn’t going to post this but the manager called me and accused me of saying that they were stealing from me, even though those words never left my mouth. And since nothing has resulted from his phone call, here we are. I will personally never get an oil change here again. Hopefully the new manager can improve the experience for customers moving forward.

Had an amazing experience with my first oil change/mount and balance. I called to schedule and they got me in the next afternoon. I was prepared to wait a couple hours, but they had me in and out in 45 minutes. Super happy with the video they sent after service, as I am a visual person, so seeing everything top notch was a huge bonus! 10/10.

I used to like going to Jeep for the quick and easy oil changes/tire rotation. I was the first person in line and the oil change took almost 2 hours to complete. Being a female I also feel like they try to take advantage of you and upsell you on everything. They noted my air filters were dirty and will need attention when those were just changed not to long ago by my fiancé. They told me my battery was going bad and will need attention also. Stuff i just don't by from these people who just want money. I was shocked when I went to pay my bill and it was $141 for a oil change. I've never known oil to cost $20 a quart. Its absolutely ridiculous. I will never be going back there again.

I recently visited the Billion Motors Quick Lane Oil Change location and had an extremely disappointing experience. Despite being the 2nd car in line this morning at 7 am, I have now been here for 2 hours. The communication is terrible, and the service is slow. At one point after 1 hour I asked how it was going and was informed that the tech had to watch a YouTube video to learn how to check my Cabin Air filter!? I have a fairly common truck. There is absolutely nothing "express" about this place. I have had probably hundreds of oil changes over the years and zero have taken so long. I expected a quick and efficient oil change but was left frustrated and dissatisfied. BTW the oil change was for a diesel truck and they charge $250 dollars. I get inflation...but that is crazy!!

If I could give the "Express Lube" a negative star, I would. This place is absolutely a circus from the get-go. Came in on Monday morning, just before 11 a.m. to get an oil change, was in line for about 10 minutes before anyone came out to check me in. They only came out to check me in because I had to call the number to see what I was supposed to do. Was informed by the person checking me in that it would be about 2 hours. Well, that was a lie. I spent five hours there. I didn't cash out until almost 4 p.m. What an absolute joke. I spoke to the gentleman cashing me out about my displeasure and he told me he would let his manager know. I figured that would warrant some follow up from the manager. Nope. I sent an email requesting to speak to a manager about my terrible experience. Nope. Got the stupid generic follow up text asking how my experience was, and I again request to speak to a manager. Nothing. Finally called again today, and was shuffled around until I could speak to someone named Carl who is the manager for the service department. He was extremely less than helpful and extremely rude and abrasive. Basically he refused to take any responsibility for their error. What sh
